Building and Renovating

If you wish to build your own house or structure, you are perfectly free to do so. However, we only ask that you make it on a separate island/land mass than the one the city is on. The city is a bit full, and we'd like to keep the area around it aesthetically pleasing. If you have an idea you feel would fit in well near/in the city, talk to a GM and it may be allowed.

If you're renovating a house you acquired in the city, PLEASE do not go overboard. We tried to keep the houses fairly small to make it look like an actual city, as well as fair. Look around the city at some of the houses already owned by other players to get an idea of the size we're aiming for. This rule does not apply if you build/renovate in a different city.
