Request "Template"

There really isn't a set-in-stone template to follow. Just tell us about yourself, what you're hoping to do on our server and maybe even post some pictures of things you've made in minecraft, so we have an idea what you're capable of.

Looks like a cool server you have here, and I'd like to be a part of it!

Here are some screen-shots from my latest world. I found a mountain with a waterfall on the front, and embedded my small hut inside the cliff face above the waterfall (directly underneath the leftwards torch). From there, I constructed a mine, and with the stone I made my walls and stairway which over time I added gardens, torches, rivers, the tree garden, granary, and the rivers you see on either side of the stairway (to keep mobs off).

Mr. Spiffy we have all taken a look at your work, and most assuredly like what we see. We definitely would like for you to take part in our SMP server. Currently we still haven't opened it to the public in anticipation of Notch's release of mobs for multiplayer. On the same note we were currently discussing of bringing you in early to assist with some of our current projects, as the list will only grow and never shrink.

We currently have plans laid out to begin a second city in a nearby mountain side where we feel you would be great help in its construction. We will let you know as soon as the server is opened, or if we decided to bring you in early.

There appears to be an issue with the images you have linked displaying on the forums.. (Edit: Nevermind you fixed them) but I have taken a look at them. I'll have to see what the others think/say. Thanks for the interest, I/we will let you know as soon as possible!

Ok, so I'm not good with handling pictures and all but if you got to see the pictures fully then that's good. It's a lighthouse, there's a castle, a shipping and holding port, a bank, a giant forest of just connected trees for a giant tree house sort of speak, as well as an mountain castle.
There's also an Aztec city and an "almost" complete gigantic over sized tree.

Hey there, just looked over the posts/screens. Some pretty good work you have there. I also read your post about the farm house; we could definitely use someone on that. The screens you see in that thread are pretty old now. We actually had a glitch that made a huge square hole through the ground but managed to cover it, drastically increasing the size of the farm.

As for cannons and such, we are currently working on an arena for when "PvP' is implemented, and we're throwing around a few more ideas for it (i.e. castle siege, where your cannon would be perfect).

We're still deciding when to get this server open, but I can guarantee it will be up sometime this week. As Zolkowski said, a couple more people need to take a look, but I think I can safely say we'll be seeing both you and spiffy on the server quite soon.

Agreed all around. Rehasher was also talking about opening up to spiffy earlier than the public release date, I wouldn't mind bringing both DJ and spiffy in early if Zolkowski and Wolf are on board as well.

Hey, your server seems nice, with some cool ideas. The arena idea struck me with the most interest. that would be a very enjoyable experience. lol Was hoping to be apart of it and contribute to its growth.

I talked with DJ in game, and he should be giving you the IP the next chance he gets. Hold off on building till someone else is on so we can show you around (The city is kinda confusing). See you on the server.
